Return Policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it—unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, please contact us at Info@WorldsToDiscover.com. Once your return is approved, we’ll provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for return packages lost in transit.
Returns must include all original components. Items showing signs of use, damage, or missing parts may not be eligible for a full refund.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We’ll evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns on sale items, gift cards, or digital downloads. All digital products are final sale and non-refundable.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have. Once your return is accepted, you can make a new purchase for the replacement item.
Refunds
We’ll notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 14 business days. Please note it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
