Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2–5 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information, if applicable.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
We offer standard shipping for all U.S. orders. Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the weight and destination of your order.
Estimated delivery times:
- Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days after processing
- Priority Shipping (if available): 2–4 business days after processing
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to postal delays or weather conditions.
Domestic Shipping Only
At this time, we only ship within the United States. We do not offer international shipping.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.
Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become available.
Delays or Lost Packages
While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, we are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, or other factors beyond our control.

Shipping Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete when placing your order.
We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply to resend the order.
Digital Products
If you purchase a digital product (such as an eBook or downloadable coloring page), a download link will be delivered to your email immediately after purchase. No physical product will be shipped for digital orders.
