I’ve read this book a few times now and love it.
Talee and the Fallen Object is a story about an 8-year-old girl whose ordinary day turns into a simple adventure. This introduction into Talee's fantastical world and her enthusiasm draws readers into her excitement. The striking and colorful graphics draw the eye; and the layout lends to an easy read. It does introduce some advanced vocabulary to help expand the reader's knowledge. A great early reader.
At first I thought this was a comic book, but its more like a picture book with longer paragraphs. The story is quick, fun and warm. The pictures are adorable and Imaginative. Would recommend to young children.
This was such a great short story. I loved how it was written and the point of view really felt it came from a 8 year old. This was such a great little story to read I actually can't wait to read more for my son and well, myself.
